Soft tissue injury expert reports
Bodycare Clinics manages a national panel of experts to provide soft tissue injury expert reports. Our extensive network includes both doctors and physiotherapists. From April 6th 2015, the MOJ (via MedCo Registration Solutions Ltd) will be implementing significant changes to how medical evidence is obtained in soft tissue injury claims arising from certain types of road traffice accidents. A list of expert or MROs will be presented randomly to the claimant solicitor. Doctors and physiotherapists will be allowed to provide medical reports in such cases. Bodycare Clinics is able to provide this service on a National basis.
